Most people did not consider the cost to have surveillance equipment installed. However, technology has improved surveillance; more affordable equipment becomes available in the market. Is available now a realistic option for business or home.

You are absolutely right. In the old days, the MLS was a book only the realtors had access to. Today, the MLS is the internet. People don’t need a realtor to find a home, just an internet connection and a warm cup of coffee. In today’s market, sellers need to exercise some patience. Doesn’t matter if you sell FSBO or with a realtor, it takes time to sell a home. I know in Iowa, the average home sits on the market 90 days or more before selling. Great post!

FSBO is actually a great way to sell your home. Even realtors will admit that it can occasionally save you time and money. Real estate agents are not good for all situations, although I suppose that’s what they’d like you to believe.

Another great tip for taking photos is that the photos should not contain any personal items like photos, trophies, etc. The idea is that your buyer needs to imagine themselves in your home, not see you living there.

I think the most important step is to be realistic in what you can and cannot do. I’ve seen so many first time home buyers jump into something they cannot afford only because they have big dreams.

Do your homework done first if you are thinking about taking out a loan or mortgage. The time spent looking into your options can save you a good deal of money later on.

Fizzbo Propertycan be very difficult to sell in this very competitive market. Imagine that your neighbor has a Realtor aggressively marketing their home and you are stuck with low-tech marketing stuff. This kind of property needs to be very well priced to compete in my opinion.
